We believe access to clear information should never be a barrier to becoming a licensed clinician.

About Ember & Theory

Getting licensed shouldn't require deciphering a maze.

For many associates, the path to licensure is filled with uncertainty. Requirements change. Documentation can feel overwhelming. Questions arise long before anyone knows who to ask.

Ember & Theory was created to make that process clearer.

We believe supervision should be more than signatures and paperwork. It should create space for thoughtful clinical growth while making the administrative side of licensure easier to navigate.

Today, Ember & Theory offers clinical supervision for California associates.

Tomorrow, our goal is broader.

We're building practical tools, educational resources, and technology designed to help associates spend less time worrying about forms and more time becoming confident clinicians.

Whether you're looking for supervision, tracking your progress toward licensure, or simply trying to understand the next step, our mission is the same:

Bring clarity to the path ahead.

Mission

To empower associates with the education, tools, and guidance they need to navigate licensure with confidence.

Vision

We envision a future where every associate can navigate the licensure journey with confidence.

What We're Building

A clearer, more supported licensure journey.

Ember & Theory is continually expanding to support associates throughout the licensure journey. Our long-term vision includes educational resources, practical tools, professional development, and technology designed to simplify the path to licensure and strengthen clinical practice.
